Wake Up to Saturday

Things I’m learning:

Be present enough to have intentional conversations. This makes being together matter a whole lot.

When change seems the only constant, habits tend to sustain us and even motivate us. Cultivate habits that push you forward and ground you at the same time, that make you feel more like yourself.

The little expenses add up quickly. You’ll never save money if you don’t start to say no.

Somewhere I know for sure that Jesus is enough. I don’t know how, but it’s true. You will never find a substitute that satisfies.

It’s okay to have blue days. Other days call for a party, no matter how big or small. I can’t express enough the power of being together and celebrating for no reason at all.

Stop skipping meals. Eating regularly makes the day go so much better.
